Jason Foster, operations manager, adds his 25 years of cannabis cultivation to the business. He knows every leaf and blossom. He does everything from overseeing the new LED lighting to the creation of “compost tea”. Compost tea is bubbling concoction of kelp, organic nutrients (including fish poo) and other ingredients. All this and more, boost the plants’ potency and growth.
What sets him apart from other farmers is his hands-on experience with not just growing cannabis, but actually participating in the evolution of modern growing techniques. He grows his plants with state of the art methods, the latest equipment and a sort of intuitive knowing.
In addition, Jason is in charge of two key areas for the operation: sales and security.
